New Fees for Payments Using Credit or Debit Cards

Starting November 1, 2024, we will be charging a fee for any payment made using a debit or credit card, even in-person payments (which were previously accepted free of charge).  This is necessary due to increased costs charged to us by card processing providers.  The new charge will be a $3 minimum fee per payment or 3.5% of the payment total, whichever is greater.  For example, if your amount due is $86.00 or less, you will be charged a $3 fee.  If your amount due is more than $86.00, you will be charged a fee equal to 3.5% of your payment.
