New Service Request

Welcome to Central Water Works, Inc., where our water system is non-profit and member owned. Please come to our office or call us at 850-256-3849 to have a new water service installed or to connect to an existing service.  We will need the service address, a copy of your proof of ownership for the property or lease agreement, a copy of your driver's license or other picture identification, and your social security number.  We can complete your paperwork and accept your payment to establish service in person or by email and phone.  If you are connecting to an existing meter and would like same day service, please contact us by 3 p.m.  New service installations can take up to 10 business days.  We look forward to serving your water needs.
