Pay Online at our Billing Site - Ampstun 
Click the link below to connect to the customer portal of our billing system. There, you can register as a user, see your usage history, your account history, and the total amount due on your bill. You can also pay directly from this site using your debit or credit card, or your checking account information. Make sure your contact information is correct to receive important updates from our water system! Pay by DOXO
Click the Doxo Pay Bill button to pay your bill using your bank account, credit card, debit card or Apple Pay. Please note bank account payments are FREE with this option. Credit card, debit card and Apple Pay payments include a transaction fee of $3.99 or 3.5% (whichever is higher based on bill payment amount).
Pay by Mail
If paying by check or money order, please include your payment stub. If your payment is postmarked by the 10th, it is considered on time.
Pay by Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill! With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your water account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit form located in the Forms & Reports Section and return it to us in person, by mail, or by email, along with a copy of a voided check. You will continue to receive a water bill at the end of each month showing the amount that will be drafted on the 10th of the following month.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept payments by cash, check, money order, debit or credit card. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Monday mornings, Friday afternoons and the 10th of each month are usually very busy. We also have a secure payment slot on the front of our building for after-hours drop off. Payment envelopes can be found in the mailbox beside the slot.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills using an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). These services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. This is not an electronic payment! Your bank, or other institution, will print and mail us a paper check. Payments may take more than seven business days to reach us and post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
